Suggestion: check that the circuit connection of the door exit button is correct, and the circuit length should be less than 80m.

2. Whether the exit button is using correct？

Suggestion: please use the special exit button for standard access control. When you press the exit button, the signal line outputs the short-circuit dry contact signal (closed state), which is in the disconnected state when it is released.

3. Whether the exit button is damaged？

Suggestion: please check whether the two signal wires are in short circuit state when pressing the exit button, and whether the signal wires are in disconnected state when loosening.

4. Whether the exit button function is disabled？

Suggestion: please check whether the exit button is in the disabled state or the time period is invalid through the software. If it is disabled or the time period is invalid, the exit button is temporarily unavailable.

5. Whether the wire of exit button is too long？

Suggestion: it is recommended that the wire of exit button should not exceed 80m. And need to ensure that using the high-quality wire to avoid wire breakage in the middle.

6.Whether the communication line is together with the strong electric line？

Suggestion: 220v-380v are collectively referred to as "strong electricity". The communication lines, door button lines and door sensor lines are belong to weak electricity signal lines. Such signal lines should not be connected with strong current wiring, which may cause failure to work properly due to strong electricity interference, or even damage the equipment. Therefore, please connect the lines according to the specifications, and the signal lines should not be connected with strong electricity wiring.
