Suggestion: check whether it has been registered correctly and whether the data has been uploaded to the device correctly. If it is only authorized, but not uploaded to the device correctly. It is also invalid.

2.Time Zone

Suggestion: check whether the registration segment information is valid. It must be used within the period of validity.

3.Authority

Suggestion: check whether your permission is valid at the door (The door, entry and exit are valid. It is not in the status of loss reporting and blacklist.)

4.Whether the registration validity period expires？

Suggestion: check whether the permission is within the validity period to ensure that the permission validity period has not expired.

5.Check the authorized card number or ID is consistent or not？

Suggestion: check whether the card number is consistent with the card number at the time of registration. If the card number is inconsistent, the door cannot be opened.

6.Whether the wiring is correct？

Suggestion: check it is correctly connected to the card reader, electric lock, door opening signal line and other lines. And the door opening signal is transmitted smoothly.

7.If the above cannot eliminate the problem？

Suggestion: please open the software or cloud system, next open "data monitoring or real-time monitoring", then identify the door opening. In the monitoring state, the software will prompt the reason for not opening the door, so as to understand the situation and deal with it.

8.The submitted photos cannot be recognized after uploading to the face machine？

Suggestion: If the submitted photos are stretched and deformed, the face will also stretch and deform during recognition. It will lead to failure of normal recognition or wrong recognition. As shown in the following figure:

9.After the face machine is authorized to download, the door still cannot be recognized？
