1. Whether the door sensor using is correct？

Suggestion: there are many kinds of door sensor. Our machine supports the type of "normally open dry node" (The signal of door sensor is short circuited when closing the door and signal disconnected when opening the door). Do not support the NO type. Please select correctly.

2. Whether the wiring of door sensor is correct？

Suggestion: the door sensor has two lines. One of lines is connected to the door sensor signal input line of the equipment, another line please connect the GND.

3. Whether the door sensor is damaged？

Suggestion: it belongs to magnetic induction working mode. When the door sensor is close to the magnet, it will produce a short-circuit signal . When the door sensor is separated, the signal will be disconnected. Otherwise the door sensor is damaged.

4. Whether the door sensor function is disabled？

Suggestion: you can set the door sensor alarm function on or off through software. If you need to use the door sensor alarm function, please turn it on through software.

5. Whether the door sensor distance is too far？

Suggestion: check that the door sensor circuit is connected correctly and the circuit length should be less than 80m.

6. Whether the communication line is together with the strong electric line？

Suggestion: 220v-380v are collectively referred to as "strong electricity". The communication lines, door button lines and door sensor lines are belong to weak electricity signal lines. Such signal lines should not be connected with strong current wiring, which may cause failure to work properly due to strong electricity interference, or even damage the equipment. Therefore, please connect the lines according to the specifications, and the signal lines should not be connected with strong electricity wiring.
