1. Whether the door magnetic switch attribute is correct

Suggestion: there are many kinds of door magnets. Our machines use "normally open dry node" door magnets (The signal of door magnets is short circuited when closing the door and disconnected when opening the door). Normally closed door magnets are not used. Please select correctly.

2. Whether the wiring of door magnetic switch is correct

Suggestion: the door magnet has two lines. One of lines is connected to the door magnet signal input line of the equipment, and the other is connected to GND.

3. Whether the door magnet is damaged

Suggestion: it belongs to magnetic induction working mode. When the door magnet is close to the magnet, it will produce a short-circuit signal . When the door magnet is separated, the signal will be disconnected. Otherwise the door magnet is damaged.

4. Whether the door magnetic function is disabled

Suggestion: you can set the door magnetic alarm function on or off through software. If you need to use the door magnetic alarm function, please turn it on through software.

5. Whether the door magnetic distance is too far

Suggestion: check that the door magnet circuit is correctly connected and the circuit length is <80m.

6. Whether the communication line is together with the strong current line

Suggestion: 220v-380v, etc. are collectively referred to as "strong current". While communication lines, door switch, door magnet and other lines belong to weak current signal lines. Such signal lines should not be connected with strong current wiring, which may cause failure to work properly due to strong current interference, or even damage the equipment. Therefore, please route the lines according to the specifications. And the signal lines should not be connected with strong current wiring.
