1. Whether the wiring of door exit switch is correct

Suggestion: check that the circuit connection of the door exit switch is correct, and the circuit length is <80m.

2. Whether the door exit switch attribute is correct

Suggestion: please use the special exit switch for standard access control. When you press the exit switch, the signal line outputs the short-circuit dry contact signal (closed state), which is in the disconnected state when it is released.

3. Whether the door exit switch is damaged

Suggestion: please check whether the two signal wires are in short circuit state when pressing the door exit switch, and whether the signal wires are in disconnected state when loosening.

4. Whether the door exit switch function is disabled

Suggestion: please check whether the door exit switch is in the disabled state or the time period is invalid through the software. If it is disabled or the time period is invalid, the door exit switch is temporarily unavailable.

5. Whether the circuit of exit switch is too long

Suggestion: it is recommended that the outgoing switch circuit should not exceed 80m.And it ensure to use high-quality wire to avoid wire breakage in the middle.

6. Whether the communication line is together with the strong current line

Suggestion: 220v-380v, etc. are collectively referred to as "strong current".While communication lines, door switch, door magnet and other lines belong to weak current signal lines. Such signal lines should not be connected with strong current wiring, which may cause failure to work properly due to strong current interference, or even damage the equipment. Therefore, please route the lines according to the specifications, and the signal lines should not be connected with strong current wiring.
