Suggestion: check whether the electric lock wiring is correct. The positive and negative poles of the electric lock are usually red connected to +12v, and the black is the negative connected to GND.

2. Check whether the power supply voltage of electric lock meets the requirements

Suggestion: generally, the lock is 12V (5V or 24V for a few electric locks), and the working current of the electric lock is large. Please select the power supply voltage and current correctly.

3. Whether the electric plug lock magnet is aligned

Suggestion: the electric plug-in lock is fixed on the door through a magnet piece. If the door is closed in place without induction, the electric lock will not lock the door.

4. Whether the wiring of electric lock is correct

Suggestion: the electric lock is powered on to open the door. Generally, one of the two signal lines is connected to GND and the other is connected to NO line (And ensure that the com terminal is connected to the power supply +12v.)

5. Whether the power supply current meets the needs of electric lock

Suggestion: according to different electric locks, two times of the current required by the electric lock shall be provided. If the instantaneous working current of the electric lock is 1A, please select a power supply with a current of 2A or more, which can reduce the heating problem caused by the power supply.

6. Whether the electric lock is damaged

Suggestion: check whether the electric lock is normal under power on and power off, and whether the working suction force is strong enough.

7. Whether the magnetic lock and iron plate fit horizontally

Suggestion: the strongest suction can only be achieved when the magnetic lock and the iron plate need to be horizontally fitted. If the horizontal fit cannot be achieved when the door is closed, the magnetic lock will greatly reduce the suction.

8. Whether the wire used for electric lock circuit is compliant

Suggestion: the electric lock current is large, please use (rvv2*0.75mm or above) wire according to the specification, and the length of the electric lock line is recommended to be <20m. Please do not use the network cable as the electric lock wire to avoid the fire caused by the weak operation of the electric lock or the heating of the wire.
