1. Whether the wiring of the alarm is correct

Suggestion: many alarms have positive and negative poles, please connect them correctly. (Normally, red is the positive pole (+12v), and black is the negative pole (GND).

2. Whether the working voltage of the alarm meets the requirements

Suggestion: the alarm is divided into various working voltages. Please select the alarm with DC12V working voltage. Most of access control products support this voltage alarm.

3. Whether the alarm is damaged

Suggestion: confirm whether the alarm is intact by supplying power to the alarm. If there is no sound, it means that the alarm has been damaged.

4. Whether the back cover of the face or fingerprint machine is correctly clamped, and whether the tamper switch is compacted

Suggestion: if the tamper switch alarm occurs, please check whether the tamper switch in the equipment is compacted by the bottom cover (back cover). If the switch is not pressed down, the alarm will continue.
