1. Whether the communication network can access the Internet normally？

Suggestion: firstly, judge whether the network cable supports Internet access or whether the TCP/IP parameters of the device are set correctly. It is recommended to set them according to the router setting rules. If you have no network setting experience or do not understand the network, it is recommended that you seek assistance from the network administrator for setting.

2.Whether the TCP/IP settings of the device for Internet access meet the requirements of the router？

Suggestion: whether the TCP/IP settings of the device meet the local networking requirements, please set them according to the TCP/IP parameters of the local router. If the user has no network setting experience or does not understand the network conditions, it is recommended to contact the network administrator of the to assist in setting.

3. Does the cloud platform support to input the device SN?

Suggestion: after setting the communication parameters of the device through the "IPSetTool"  setting tool, the device will actively report with the cloud platform within 60 seconds. Under the condition that the network can be connected normally, can input the device SN on installation interface of the cloud platform or scanning the QR code to connect the device. If the device prompts "SN incorrect", it means that the cloud platform does not support the device.

4. Whether the server and port number are set correctly？

Suggestion: at present, the cloud platform adopts 8000, 8101, 9001 and 9003 communication ports. Please ensure that these ports are opened. (many large firewalls will close all ports by default, including 8000, 8101, 9001 and 9003 communication ports. It have to open the above ports by administrator.)

5. Manually set the communication settings between the device and the cloud system？

Suggestion: according to the device type, please set the communication parameters according to the following figure. The device will automatically connect the cloud system. At this time, you can install and using these devices through the cloud system.
