Suggestion: face terminal and fingerprint terminal series products support U-disk upgrade. Currently, only 4G, 16G and 32G U-disks can be supported. The U-disk communication protocol supports versions 1.0, 1.1 and 2.0, and does not support version 3.0 U-disks. 4. Upgrade failure while updating the firmware by USB flash disk？

Suggestions: 1. Format the USB flash disk file to FAT32 format, and then put the upgrade file in the root directory of the USB flash disk (The name of the upgrade file cannot be changed). 2. After restarting the device, insert the USB flash disk and click to upgrade the firmware. 3. If it still prompts that the upgrade fails, please try to upgrade by software or contact after-sales technicians.
