Device Communication Problems
2022-06-27 13:51

1. Whether TCP/IP communication parameters are set correctly

Suggestion: please check whether the device communication parameters are correct, and whether the computer network belongs to the same network and segment (For example, the computer IP is 192.168.1.100 ,then the device should be 192.168.1.150, both of them must be under the same 192.168.1.x network segment). If you do not know the network, please look for the administrator of the network for help to solve the communication problem.

2. Whether the IP network segment belongs to the same network segment

Suggestion: most devices or switches do not support cross network segment communication. If the user needs to communicate in two different network segments, it is necessary to ensure that the user's devices and switches support cross network segment communication and correctly configure network parameters. Otherwise, please set the server and device IP in the same network segment.

3. Whether the IP address conflicts

Suggestion: in the same network, the communication devices cannot have two identical IP addresses. If so, please change the IP address of one of the devices to a unique IP address to avoid the failure of communication due to conflicts.

4. Whether the network cable is normal

Suggestion: please use the network cable tester to check whether the network cable is broken in the middle or the crystal head is not made in a standard way. You can also determine whether the network cable is normal by inserting the network cable into the computer and checking whether the computer communication is normal.
