3.一体式水控机(横)


 Product appearance introduction


 1. Installation and fixation of water control computer


(1) Firstly, confirm the water flow direction of the water control machine.


(2) Install and fix the water control machine to the water pipe.

 

(3) Connect the water control line after the water control machine is fixed.

 

(4) Do a good job in waterproof and moisture-proof work to avoid exposed and wet lines.


(5) Power on after checking.


2. Hardware installation to software database


Search the equipment through the software. After finding the information of the water control computer, select and click  Install.


 3. Recharge


(1) Plug the USB cable of the recharger into the computer (individual systems require the installation of drivers).


(2) Put the card into the slot of the recharging machine.


(3) Open the consumer software in the computer to recharge the IC card (when the recharge is successful, the recharge machine will send out a "didi" prompt tone and the software will prompt "Rcharge is successful"; when the recharge fails, the recharge machine will send out a "didi" prompt tone and the software will prompt "recharge failed").


 4. Card consumption


Insert the recharged IC card into the card slot of the water control machine. After the card is recognized, the water control machine begins to deduct fees and control the water outlet. The water control machine is equipped with "Operation key" and "Pause key". If it is necessary to pause water use, press the "Pause key" and the water control will stop fee deduction and water outlet. If you need to continue using water, press the "run" key to recover the water.


 5. Acquisition Record


When water control records need to be collected, they can be operated through the consumption management software of the computer (Software: water control management - collection of consumption records - collection of records). The collected records will be automatically saved to the database, and then the reports can be viewed and printed at any time.


Other instructions


When the water control machine is powered on, there is a buzzer sound, and the display screen displays two lines of numbers: the first line is the effective days of the equipment (65535 represents long-term effectiveness), and the second line is the number of new consumption records. Under different conditions, the display of water control computer is different:

 

(1) When the water control is in operation, the "Operation" on the display is always on; In this state, "run" flashes when a card is consumed. When the consumption is suspended (press the pause key), "Stop" flashes.


(2) When the equipment fails, the voltage is too high or too low, and the system records or card reading records are full of alarms, the display screen only shows "stop" flashing, and the buzzer gives an urgent alarm sound, and the water control computer stops working at this time.


(3) When swiping the blacklist card, the display screen shows "Stop" flashing, and the buzzer gives an alarm sound of "didi... Didi".


(4) When the loss report card is swiped, the display screen shows "Stop" flashing.



(5) When the balance in the card is insufficient, the display screen displays "Balance in the card" and "Stop" flashing.



(6) When the card usage amount exceeds the daily limit or sub limit, the display screen displays "Consumption amount" and "stop" flashing.


(7) When the card is not in the consumption period (including card expiration), the display screen displays "real time" and "stop" flashing.



Instructions for use


1. When the water control machine is connected to the water pipe, attention shall be paid to the water inlet and outlet. The water pipe connection direction shall not be wrong, and the wrong connection will cause the system to fail to operate normally. (the water inlet is indicated by the arrow)

 

2. The water control computer adopts DC12V working power supply, and it is forbidden to directly input AC220V (mains power).

 

3. The working voltage range of the water control machine is dc9v-dc14.8v. Low or high voltage will cause the buzzer to alarm and the water control machine will stop working.


4. The installation of DC12V power supply should be easy to fix, and waterproof and moisture-proof measures should be taken.


5. When the water control computer communicates with the computer through the RS485 communication converter, the connector should pay attention to the gray wire connection of the water control converter A and the blue wire connection of the converter B. If a line and B line are connected incorrectly, the whole system will not be able to communicate normally.


6. Before using the water control computer, it shall first communicate with the computer consumption software, search and install it into the software, so that the software can manage it, and the cards issued by the software can be managed accordingly.


 

7. Before using the consumer software, it is necessary to install and create a database.


8. This water control computer only supports card type IC card, and other cards do not support it.


9. In case of problems in card swiping, preliminary judgment can be made according to the situation of water control machine and other instructions.


10. The display screen is made of tempered high-definition glass panel, which is not easy to scratch, but it should be prevented from being directly impacted by heavy objects during use.
