Main menu

Press #, enter the management password (default password 0000 or no management password) or press the administrator's fingerprint to enter the main menu interface.

User Management 



Select the [user management] menu with the '2' and '0' direction keys, and press the '#' key to enter the new user interface, where you can add users, delete users, backup user information, and restore user information.

New user

Select [new user] by pressing the direction keys' 2 'and' 0 ', press the key' # 'to enter the new user interface, enter the user number (the maximum length is 6 digits) and name, and select three types of new users as required: fingerprint, password and card number.

Communication management


After entering the menu, press the direction keys' 2 'and' 0 'and select the [communication management] menu to modify the Ethernet setting, server setting and communication password of the equipment.

Ethernet settings


Select [Ethernet setting] by pressing the direction keys' 2 'and' 0 ', and press the key' # 'to enter the setting interface. You can set the network parameters of the device. The default parameters are IP address 192.168. 001.088, subnet mask 255.255.255.000, gateway address 192.168.0 01.001, and end tag number 9788. It can be modified according to your own needs.

System settings

General settings


Press the direction keys' 2 'and' 0 'to select [normal setting], and press the key' # 'to enter the setting interface, where you can modify the language of the device, the display format of the date, the voice broadcast, the volume, and set the menu management password.

Select [time setting] by pressing the direction keys' 2 'and' 0 ', and press the key' # 'to enter the setting interface to set the time displayed by the equipment.

Alarm settings


Select [alarm setting] by pressing the direction keys' 2 'and' 0 ', and press the key' # 'to enter the setting interface. It can modify the coercion alarm password, anti disassembly alarm switch, door opening timeout time, door magnetic alarm status, and release the alarm.

Duress alarm: the default password is' 110110 ', which can be modified as required. (in normal state, input: * + duress password + OK = duress alarm). This function requires software to open the coercion alarm function.


Tamper alarm: it can be turned on or off according to the demand. It is on by default.


Access control settings


Select [access control setting] by pressing the direction keys' 2 'and' 0 ', and press the key' # 'to enter the setting interface. It can modify the access direction of the machine, unlocking holding time, bistable setting, card number byte, WG format and data, verification free door opening, repeated verification time and functions of the slave and parent machine.

Select [advanced setting] by pressing the direction keys' 2 'and' 0 ', and press the key' # 'to enter the setting interface. In this interface, you can select to delete all records and data and restore factory settings.

Timed ringing



After entering the menu, press the '2' and '0' direction keys to select the [timed ringing] menu, and press the '#' key to enter the setting interface. The ringing time can be set according to the time set by yourself, and the maximum ringing time is 60s.

Information Service


After entering the menu, press the '2' and '0' direction keys and select the [information query] menu to query the storage details, remaining space and system details of the machine.

Press the '2' and '0' direction keys, select the [storage details] menu, and press the '#' key to enter the interface. The storage details include the number of user registrations, management registrations, fingerprint registrations, password registrations, card registrations, attendance records and management records.

Press the '2' and '0' direction keys to select the [remaining space] menu, and press the '#' key to enter the interface. You can view the number of fingerprint registrations, password registrations, card registrations, attendance records and management records and the remaining space.

Operating instructions for client


Installation and setting of fingerprint machine


The software automatic search equipment can automatically search and find all access control and fingerprint machines online, which is convenient for the equipment to join the software system. Click [auto search access control equipment] in the drop-down menu of [installation equipment] on the main interface, as shown in the following figure:

TCP / IP LAN mode: firstly, enter the network port, which is 8101 by default, and then click Start Search. (Note: the equipment must be connected and communicated with the computer through the switch), as shown in the following figure:

If your device is in TCP / IP communication mode, and you need to modify the IP address of the device to avoid communication failure due to the same IP address. Then you can double-click the device information to pop up the TCP connection parameter interface:

(Note: the system can search for fingerprint machines in different network segments from the computer, but before normal use, you need to modify the IP address of the fingerprint machine to the same network segment address of the computer. If the router you use supports the multi network segment mapping function, the system software can directly communicate with the fingerprint machine products in other network segments.).



Double click the IP address, subnet mask and gateway address to change them into parameters matching the same network segment of the computer IP, click Save to return to the installation interface, and then click install equipment. After installing the equipment, click access control management in the left column, select the equipment, and click properties to pop up the following figure:

Name: can be modified as required.  

Unlocking retention time: it can be adjusted according to demand (default: 3 seconds).




Select [function setting] in the [equipment details] interface to modify the menu management password, access type, swipe card number byte, WG output type, access type, master-slave machine and other settings of the fingerprint machine.

Add fingerprint and authorize



On enterprise information - HR file, as shown in the following figure:

Click the add personnel icon to enter the personnel modification interface, as shown in the following figure:

After filling in the basic personal information, click the sub directory [fingerprint management], as shown in the following figure:

After entering the fingerprint, you will return to the basic personnel file page, confirm the edited data and click save.

For authorization of door opening authority, click [set door opening authority] in the drop-down menu of [access control information] of the software. Click [set door opening authorization] to enter the interface as shown in the following figure:

Select the personnel to set permissions, the opening period, the opening times, and the validity period, then select the equipment door, and click allow selected personnel to pass through the selected door and upload.

»: select all "users" or select all "optional doors".

›: select a single "user" or select a single "optional door".

✔: remove a single "selected user" or remove a single "selected door".  

« remove all "selected users" or remove all "selected doors".


The [prohibit selected personnel from passing through the selected door] button is used to delete the access permission of the selected user to the selected door. After that, the data must be synchronized to the fingerprint machine before the deleted permission can take effect.  


The [prohibit selected personnel from passing through the selected door and uploading] button is used to delete the access permission of the selected user to the selected door and upload the deleted information to the fingerprint machine.


The [allow selected personnel to pass through the selected door] button is used to add the access permission of the selected user to the selected door. After that, the added permission can only take effect after the data is synchronized to the fingerprint machine.  


The [allow selected personnel to pass through the selected door and upload] button is used to add the access permission of the selected user to the selected door and upload the added information to the fingerprint machine. After all permissions are set, the information will be uploaded to the fingerprint machine.



Collection and viewing of fingerprint machine records

Fingerprint machine record collection

The fingerprint machine has a memory storage function. Each fingerprint machine can store and record the access data offline (even if the computer is not turned on, it will automatically store it). You can also select a suitable time to collect the data in the fingerprint machine to the computer.

Click [Access Control Information] drop-down menu [collect access records] of the software, as shown in the following figure:

Click [Acquisition Access Record] to enter the interface as shown in the following figure:

After selecting the fingerprint machine and record type to be collected, click [Collect Records of the Selected Equipment] to open the window as shown in the following figure:

After the acquisition is completed, click [Finish].


If access records (card reading records, password opening records, fingerprint records) have been collected before, all records can be retrieved through "repair records".

Click [Repair Record] in the [Access Control Information] drop-down menu [Collect Access Records] interface of the software to open the verification window. Enter the verification password: 0000 (default administrator password), and then click [OK], as shown in the following figure:

After the repair is completed, click [Finish] to return to the interface of collecting access control records, select the door to extract the card reading records and the data to be collected, then click "collect the records of the selected equipment", and wait a moment to complete the collection. At this time, all the records in the controller are collected into the computer, as shown in the following figure:

Wait for the acquisition completion point [Complete]. The query can only be performed after the records are collected.


Fingerprint machine record view


Please collect the records before querying.


Click [Access Control Information] drop-down menu [View access record] in the software menu bar, as shown in the following figure:

Click View access record to enter the interface shown in the following figure:

Firstly, collect records, click "Collect Records". After collecting records, you can query as required and enter query criteria. Query criteria can be used to query relevant records by "Time Range", "Name", "Card Number", "Department" and "Place". Then click "Search" to query the access records of relevant personnel, or directly click "Search" to query the access information of all personnel, As shown in the following figure:

You can also export the queried records. Click export to export personnel access records.


Cloud system operation instructions


Install fingerprint machine


Firstly, set the communication parameters of the fingerprint machine, select [System Parameters] under the main menu of the fingerprint machine, click to enter, and then select [Communication Settings] to set the server IP address and server port number. The reference settings are as follows:

After configuring the parameters, click and select "Server Connection test" to prompt "Test Success", which indicates that the connection is normal (when the network is bad, you can try "server connection test" several times more) and search the website www.access control cloud on the PC COM, as shown in the following figure:

Click [Access Control] - [Installation] to open the interface, enter the SN code of the equipment to be installed, and click OK, as shown in the following figure:

In the pop-up installation interface, the installation interface is as shown in the following figure. Select the location to install, select the basic parameters of the equipment, and then click the [Install] button in the lower right corner. At this time, you will be prompted that the equipment is successfully installed.

Addition and authorization of personnel

Addition of personnel


Click HR - add to open the add personnel file interface. Enter the personnel information to be added and click OK, as shown in the following figure:

Fingerprint entry


Click fingerprint management in the [Add Personnel File] interface, and the fingerprint adding interface is as shown in the figure (the computer needs to be connected to the fingerprint collector). Click the finger to register / delete the fingerprint, and click the check box to register / delete the fingerprint. A person can enter up to 3 fingerprints, and click OK after entering.

Personnel fingerprint can also be entered through the fingerprint machine and then collected into the software. Click personnel - personnel information - collect data from equipment - collect data in the directory bar, select the fingerprint machine and click data collection, as shown in the following figure:

Click [Access Control] - [Permission Authorization]

Select the person who needs to set the access control authority, and then click next, as shown in the following figure:

Record view

Click access control - access control report to select the records to view or export, including access control access record, access control alarm record and access control system record.  

Click the search button to filter the records of the fingerprint machine to be viewed as required, as shown in the following figure: click the Export button on the left of the search button to export the excel table of the required records.
