1. Forget the software password?

Suggestion: if you forget the software login password, please retrieve it through the "retrieve password" function. If you forget to retrieve the Q & a content, you can only contact the supplier for technical support. (Many default retrieval questions and answers are SYS.)

2. Forget device menu password?

Suggestion: if the face machine or fingerprint machine has forgotten the menu password, you can change the menu password through the management software. If the software cannot be used to reset the password, please contact the supplier to provide the super menu password. The super password requires the user to provide the display picture of the device to calculate the menu password.

3. The screen of the face machine flashes under individual lights?

Suggestion: if the face machine flickers under individual lights, that is because the flashing frequency of the lights is similar to that of the camera of the face machine. In this case, please do not direct the light source to the face machine to avoid this problem.

4. The clock will go wrong after power failure?

Suggestion: the clock is powered by the battery. If the battery does not have enough power, the equipment will not be able to maintain the normal operation of the clock, resulting in clock disorder. If this problem occurs, please replace the battery, or contact the supplier to assist in replacing the clock battery.

5. Prompt time format error?

Suggestion: when the software prompts that the computer time format is incorrect, it means that the computer time format is incompatible and needs to be modified. (The current compatible time format of the software is the default format of windows system). The adjustment method is: click "start" - "Windows system" - "control panel" - "time and area - time or digital format - select" yyyy MM -dd"format.

6. Some QR code readers are very sensitive and mobile phones are slow to recognize?

Suggestion: when the QR code reader recognizes the QR code information in the mobile phone screen, please close to the scanning area and aim at the camera of the QR code reader. However, some mobile phone screens are dim, which will also affect recognition. Please adjust the brightness of the mobile phone screen to make the QR code reader better see the QR code information in the mobile phone screen.

7. The card number read by the card issuer is different from the card reader?

Suggestion: at present, there are many format standards for card issuers and card readers in the market. Such as wiegand26, wiegand34,  3-byte format and 4-byte format. Please select a consistent card reader or card issuer to avoid the trouble caused by inconsistent formats. Some card issuers or card readers support the adjustment and deletion format. Please adjust it to a unified standard according to the instructions.

8. Temperature measuring face machine,temperature measuring error prompt personnel high temperature?

Suggestion: at present, the temperature measuring machine adopts infrared temperature sensing technology. Please avoid using it in the following environments when measuring temperature by personnel. 1. When used in strong sunlight, the object will be exposed to high temperature due to the sunlight, which will cause an alarm when the measured temperature is too high. 2. Do not measure the temperature immediately after smoking, drinking hot water and strenuous exercise. At this time, the temperature of the object or human body is high, and the measured temperature will give an alarm. 3. The temperature measuring equipment uses precision components, which also has high requirements for power supply. If the power supply environment fluctuates greatly, or the quality is poor, it will lead to deviation in the temperature accuracy of the equipment or high temperature alarm.

9. High shell temperature of face machine?

Suggestion: at present, the face machine adopts a high-speed processor. During normal operation, the processor will heat up and the temperature will rise to 40~50 ℃. It is normal phenomenon. Because some models of face machines are designed to rely on the shell for heat dissipation, and the shell of the face machine will have a certain temperature.

10. The device is suddenly not online. You need to delete the device by software, search and install the device again, and then you can be online.

Suggestion: the communication between many devices and software is bound by the IP address (or TCP/IP parameters, ECS parameters, etc.) or SN address at the time of installation. Please do not modify the IP address or Sn address during the use of the device. If the information registered by the software is different from the current one after modification, it will lead to failure of communication. Therefore, it is necessary to reinstall or modify the corresponding address before reconnecting. It is recommended not to modify tcp/ip parameters, IP address or Sn address at will during use. Avoid situations where you are not online.

11. The touch screen of face machine jumps when operating.

Suggestion: the face machine adopts the capacitive induction touch screen technology to judge the touch sensing position by identifying the weak current of fingers. This technology can achieve accurate induction and high-speed identification of contact position, but it has high requirements for power environment. If the power supply is insufficient or of poor quality and the power ripple interference is large, which will lead to insensitive touch and accidental touch. In case of the above problems, please replace the high-quality power supply and properly ground the power supply.

12. During fingerprint identification, only half of the lines are identified.

Suggestion: when the fingerprint machine identifies the finger, it will use the effective pattern pressed by the finger as the identification basis. If the finger is pressed gently (the captured area is not complete) or there is not much available data for fingerprint pattern identification, the fingerprint machine screen will only display part of the fingerprint image, not the whole finger fingerprint. 

It is recommended that the user press the finger reasonably when identifying the finger, make sure that it has enough contact surface between the fingerprint identification window and the finger. And it can make the fingerprint machine  better and more comprehensively analyze the user's fingerprint.

13. When the face machine is used as a card reader, the control board cannot obtain the card number. Or the obtained card number is inconsistent with the actual card number.

Suggestion: when the face machine or fingerprint machine is used as a card reader, the access controller cannot obtain the card number or the card number is inconsistent with the actual situation. 

The causes are as follows: 1. The connection is faulty between the face machine or fingerprint machine and the access controller. Please fully connect four groups of lines, such as 12V, GND, wg0, WG1, etc. 

2.Confirm whether the power supplied to the face machine or fingerprint machine meets the requirements, because the face machine and fingerprint machine consume more power than ordinary card readers. If the power supply is insufficient, it will cause signal problems. 3.The Wiegand line of face machine or fingerprint machine shall not exceed 80m, otherwise the data transmission will be too long to complete. 4. When the face machine or fingerprint machine Wiegand outputs, please check whether the data format set is consistent with that of the access control controller. Please check whether both sides are in the same standard (To avoid the inconsistency of card numbers when the controller is set to wiegand26 and the face machine is set to wiegand34)

14. When someone swipe their ID card on the device, some of them can be swiped while others can't.

Suggestion: the production parameters of ID cards in different provinces are slightly different, which leads to different induction effects and cannot be fully compatible.
