Suggestion: if the card number provided by the customer cannot be read when issuing the card, it has the following capabilities: 

1. The card format is inconsistent with the card reader, and both are incompatible and cannot be read. 2. The card encryption is inconsistent with the card reader, which makes it impossible to read the card normally. 3. The card or card reader is damaged. Please make sure that both are normal.


3. Prompt non system card or card writing failure when consuming or offline access control or elevator card issuing?


Suggestion: when issuing cards for consumer machines, offline access control and offline elevators, a non system card will be prompted because: 1. The card is used by other systems, and the system cannot completely encrypt or control it. Consumer machines, offline access control and other products require encryption protection for all sectors of the Mifare card before they can be issued and used normally.


4. Incomplete records are found in the entry and exit records collected, and the prompt of re collection is no record?


Suggestion: if there is a sudden abnormal interruption during the collection process, resulting in the incomplete collection of data, you can use the repair record function to re collect all records.

Suggestion: if multiple computers manage the same software and use the same database, it is recommended that all computers connect the same SQL database, so that the device data can same. Especially the allocation of computers, and try to avoid the simultaneous management of multiple computers (For example, A is administrator, B also the administrator, which will makes the confusion caused by the simultaneous distribution of different contents).


6. Multiple clients installed software. When querying access records, some records do not have pictures?


Suggestion: if multiple clients installed software but do not use SQL database (network multi-user database), there will be a situation that only one computer can query the recorded photos. Multi computers use the same SQL database, please do not use ACCESS database, so that to avoid the above problems. (the SQL database collects data on one computer, the other computer also cannot see the picture)


7. The software prompts that the connection to the database fails?


Suggestion: if the SQL database service system used is not allowed, or the user's computer is not normally connected to the device. The database name, server address, database user name and password entered while configuring the database connection settings are incorrect, or even the database is not created, the software will fail to connect to the database. The above problems occur. It is recommended to open the database correctly and configure the correct connection parameters, the software can be used after the software can normally connect to the database.


8. The software prompts that the database is damaged?


Suggestion: if use the ACCESS database, please control the data amount of all data. Has a large amount of personnel data or a large number of device, It is not recommended to use the ACCESS database. Because the ACCESS is a small free database with limited data capacity, its stability is not as good as SQL database.


9. How to convert ACCESS database into SQL database?


Suggestion: if need to replace the access database with SQL database after use, firstly please install the SQL system and check that it can be used normally. Then, please find the "database conversion tool" in the software through which the data conversion of access can be imported into the SQL database.


10. Prompt for missing control when opening software?


Suggestion: if you open the software and find that the prompt is missing, it proves that the file is missing in the user's computer. It is recommended that users save their own database, reinstall the software, and then restore the database to use.


11. Flash back (DEP) when opening software?


Suggestion: the user's computer has turned on the DEP data protection function, and there is a flash back when the software is turned on. Please operate as follows: right click the computer - properties - system protection - Advanced - Performance - Data Execution Protection - enable DEP only for basic windows programs and services. In this way, the software will not be forced to shut down by the system.


12. How to recover data after the computer re-install the system or changes the host?


Suggestion: if the data is backed up already, please directly restored, it needs to be collected from the device if there is no backup (when personnel data needs to be collected from the device, the default option of initializing device needs to be removed when adding device. This method only can restore personnel data)
