1. Firmware version is too low. How to upgrade?

Suggestion: face machine and fingerprint machine support U disk and software upgrade. It is recommended to upgrade the equipment through special upgrade software. The software will judge the firmware version of the product and provide a more reasonable upgrade process. The access controller series supports software firmware upgrade, and users can upgrade firmware on the application software. (upgrade program download address)

2. Power failure during firmware upgrade, resulting in repeated boot after boot

Suggestion: during the upgrade process, the power supply must be stable and continuous until the upgrade is completed. 

Otherwise, the upgrade will fail or the system cannot be powered on.If the machine cannot be started normally, you can only return to the factory to burn the firmware again. So please ensure that the power supply is normal when upgrading and refreshing.

3. Prompt that there is no U-disk when upgrading the U-disk

Suggestion: face machine and fingerprint machine series products support U-disk upgrade. Currently, only 4G, 16g and 32g U-disks can be supported. The U-disk communication protocol supports versions 1.0, 1.1 and 2.0, and does not support version 3.0 U-disks. Please select the appropriate USB flash disk.

4. Prompt the firmware upgrade failure when the USB flash disk is upgraded to half

Suggestions: 1. Format the USB flash disk file to FAT32 format, and then place the upgrade file in the root directory of the USB flash disk (The name of the upgrade file cannot be changed).

2. After restarting the device, insert the USB flash disk and click to upgrade the firmware. 

3. If it still prompts that the upgrade fails, you should select software upgrade (upgrade program download address) or contact after-sales personnel.
