Suggestion: whether the tcp/ip settings of the device meet the local networking requirements, please set them according to the tcp/ip parameters of the local router. If the user has no network setting experience or does not understand the network conditions, it is recommended to contact the network administrator of the to assist in setting.

3. Does the cloud platform support device SN

Suggestion: after setting the communication parameters of the device through the platform supporting tool "ipsettool" (download connection) setting tool, the device will actively report with the cloud platform within 60 seconds. Under the condition that the network can be connected normally, the device can be installed by entering the device installation interface of the cloud platform or scanning the device ID QR code on the mobile phone. If the device prompts "Sn incorrect", it means that the cloud platform does not support the device.

4. Whether the server and port number are set correctly

Suggestion: at present, the cloud platform adopts 8000, 8101, 9001 and 9003 communication ports. Please ensure that these ports are open. (at present, many large firewalls will close all ports by default, including 8000, 8101, 9001 and 9003 communication ports. You need to open the above ports with the network administrator to ensure that the ports are valid.)

5. Manually set the communication settings between the device and the cloud system
