1. The card number exported by the friendly business software is in hexadecimal format. How to import this card number in the all-in-one card software?

Suggestion: in the interface of importing personnel data information, check the advanced option button in the lower left corner of the software to display the card number type and byte order selection menu. In the card number type option, select (hexadecimal format) and the correct card number byte order, and click Import.


2. The card number provided by the customer cannot be read when issuing the card

Suggestion: if the card number provided by the customer cannot be read when issuing the card, it has the following capabilities: 

1. The card format is inconsistent with the card reader, and both  are incompatible and cannot be read. 2. The card encryption is inconsistent with the card reader, resulting in failure to read the card normally. 3. The card or card reader is damaged. Please make sure that both are normal.


3. Prompt non system card or card writing failure when consuming or offline access control or elevator card issuing

Suggestion: when issuing cards for consumer machines, offline access control and offline elevators, a non system card will be prompted because: 1. The card is used by other systems, and the system cannot completely encrypt or control it. Consumer computers, offline access control and other products require encryption protection for all sectors of the IC card before they can be issued and used normally.


4. Incomplete records are found in the entry and exit records collected, and the prompt of re collection is no record

Suggestion: if there is a sudden abnormal interruption during the collection process, resulting in the incomplete collection of data, you can use the repair record function to re collect all records.


5. How to set the all-in-one card software management equipment installed on multiple computers using the same database

Suggestion: if multiple computers manage the same set of all-in-one card software and use the same database, it is recommended that all computers point to the same SQL database so that the equipment can be unified under one data. Pay special attention to the management and allocation of computers, and try to avoid the simultaneous management of multiple computers with the same function at the same time (for example, a manages the permissions of personnel, and B also manages the permissions of personnel, resulting in confusion caused by the simultaneous distribution of different contents).


6. Multiple clients are installed with all-in-one card software management equipment. When querying access records, some records do not have pictures

Suggestion: if multiple clients install all-in-one card management software but do not use SQL database (network multi-user database), there will be a situation that only one computer can query the recorded photos. All computers use the same SQL database and cannot use access database to avoid the above problems. (the SQL database collects data on one computer, and the other computer cannot see the picture)


7. The all-in-one card software prompts that the connection to the database fails (mostly SQL)

Suggestion: if the SQL database service system used is not allowed, or the user's computer is not normally connected to the device, the database name, server address, database user name and password entered when configuring the database connection settings are incorrect, or even the database is not created, the software will fail to connect to the database. The above problems occur. It is recommended to open the database correctly and configure the correct connection parameters, The all-in-one card software can be used after the software can normally connect to the database.


8. The all-in-one card software prompts that the database is damaged (access is in the majority)

Suggestion: if the access database is used, please control the data amount of all-in-one card data. The user's all-in-one card system has a large amount of personnel data or a large number of equipment, so it is not recommended to use the access database. Because access is a small free database with limited data capacity, its stability is not as good as SQL database.


9. How to convert access database into SQL database

Suggestion: to replace the access database with SQL database after use, first install the SQL system and check that it can be used normally. Then, in the all-in-one card system software, please find the "database conversion tool" through which the data conversion of access can be imported into the SQL database.


10. Prompt for missing control when opening all-in-one card software

Suggestion: if you open the all-in-one card software and find that the prompt is missing, it proves that the file is missing in the user's computer. It is recommended that users save their own database, reinstall the all-in-one card software, and then restore the database to use.


11. Flash back (DEP) when opening all in one card software

Suggestion: the user's computer has turned on the dep data protection function, and there is a flash back when the all-in-one card software is turned on. Please operate as follows: right click the computer - properties - system protection - Advanced - Performance - Data Execution Protection - enable dep only for basic windows programs and services. In this way, the software will not be forced to shut down by the system.


12. How to recover data after the computer reinstalls the system or changes the host:

Suggestion: if the data is backed up and directly restored, it needs to be retrieved from the equipment if there is no backup (when personnel data needs to be collected from the equipment, the default option of initializing equipment needs to be removed when adding equipment. This method can only restore personnel data)
