1. Open the WeChat All-in-One Card Access Control applet, bind the personnel of the All-in-One Card Cloud Platform, and have the permission to send visitor invitations.

2. Click on visitor authorization to enter the visitor authorization invitation page.

3. Click "Send Invitation Letter".

4. Go to the invitation page.

Validity period of the invitation letter: that is, visitors can visit within the validity period after being reviewed, and they cannot visit after the validity period. It is also the last time to accept sharing. After this time, the sharing will be invalid.

Forwarding times: the number of visitors received and submitted by the invitation letter.

Number of visits: the number of times the visitor swiped the card.

4. Enter the invitation letter information and click Send Invitation Letter.

Person accepts invitation

1. After the person receives the invitation letter, open the invitation letter.

2. After the user opens the invitation letter, you can add a user avatar, enter user information, and finally click Submit

The submitted pictures are used for on-site identification, it is best to add personal photos and complete avatars.

3. If the cloud visitor system has set WeChat to add a visitor and needs to be reviewed, after the user submits the information successfully, they need to wait for the review to complete before viewing the QR code.

4. After the administrator's review, the user can view the QR code, and the visitor can access it within the validity period after the review is passed.
